thoughts about women

No, not THOSE kinds of thoughts! I've been having discussions lately with colleagues and friends about work-family balance, and since I'm teaching a women's studies course on women in science I'm doing a lot of thinking in that area too. So in order to support my wmst class I started another blog (see list of blogs -- drjrice). I've got a number of thoughts about these various topics there, and I'm thinking of taking some of the thoughts I post there and building on them, possibly for papers. We'll see.
